This week I’m doing a Sakura Arms Unboxing. Part of AEG’s Big in Japan line, Sakura Arms is a card-battle game for 2 players that involves a pretty unique distance mechanic using a puzzle-like board and wooded flower petal tokens. In the game, players take control of 2 characters, each with a unique set of moves in a vibrant, watercolor world illustrated by Tokiame.
I haven’t had a chance to get this one to the table yet, but I keep hearing about its elegance and low learning curve. Until I can do a full review, enjoy these pictures of what comes in the box!
